Civil Construction Foreman
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of commercial civil construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires hands-on experience in the field, as well as proficiency in leadership, code requirements, expertise in concrete forming and masonry, construction drawing reading, heavy equipment, machine, and tool operation knowledge. This position requires a motivated person willing to work in the elements year-round. Must have leadership experience.
Duties
Supervise and assist with daily operations on civil construction sites to include Electrical Vehicle charging stations, Telecommunications sites, Water tower maintenance and repair, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Oversee and assist field techs, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Provide required documentation, reporting and information to project managers, complete daily reports.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to facilitate accurate execution of work.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, and professional development.
Requirements
Proven experience in civil construction with a focus on excavation, concrete, conduit installation.
Field work required.
Ability to lift, assemble, and dig.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license with clear driving record.
Ability to work overtime with some regional travel.
OSHA 30 certified (will provide training).
Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety protocol.
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards within the construction industry.
Proficient construction drawing reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution, start to completion.
Ability to operate tools and equipment as needed for specific tasks on-site.
